EAGAN, MN., -- April 2, 2003 -- Lancet Software Development, Inc., announced today that it will build three websites for Trans-American Security Service of Burnsville, a leading Twin Cities provider of industrial and commercial security systems and services, and its two sister companies, Automated Entrance Products and Trans-Alarm. In Phase One of the contract, the sites developed by Lancet will include new architecture, enriched graphic design and more intuitive navigation capabilities to complement and improve Trans-American Security Service’s marketing efforts over the World Wide Web

Phase Two will see greater content management and the addition of new sections to the website, including:

  • Employee manuals
  • Customer accessibility for keyholder changes
  • Software patches, alarm activity reports, and software upgrades
  • Tech manuals (for field service use)
  • Sample contracts
  • Links to equipment manufacturers & trade associations
  • User form for scheduling service calls
