Other templates may be used throughout the project lifecycle to support the needs of the team. The following templates are also available in LM3.
  • Change Request Log: A log used to initiate and track change requests.
  • Change Request Process: A flow of the process used to for change requests.
  • Communication Plan: Approach to communication on the project.
  • Development Under Discussion/Change Request Form: Form filled out to begin development on a new feature or changed feature. Feeds into the Feature Definition Document.
  • Facilitated Sessions: Documentation on leading a session for determining project requirements.
  • Interview Guide: Multiple questions that can be used to initiate client feedback during requirements gathering sessions.
  • Meeting Agenda/Minutes
  • Project Control File: Details documentation used in the project and its location.
  • Project Issue Log: Used to track discrepancies in hour estimates and actual hours spent on a task.
  • Project Plan: Resource names, schedule, and assignments for the project.
  • Project Status Report: Status report for entire project.
  • Project Review Guide: This template can be used as a starting point when performing project reviews.
  • Post Mortem Summary: Documents what was done well and what needs to improve for each cycle of the project.
